105 10 speed medium cage great value & quality rear derailleur
Imo 105 are the best value road derailleurs. Replaced a short cage tiagra so i could go to a 32t on a new cassette (also 105). Shifts are very reliable and controlled. Looks good too. Little bit more than a tiagra but worth it. Next step to Ultegra is much bigger with back to back tests I cant justify one. It does what it does well.
