Bad habits
The product is plastic bin metal scratches with a jean seam as the staff when contacted can only Repeat themselves. I never got a straight answer until I called to find out nothing was coming. Bad habits to sell a product you won't even replace for a unsatisfied customer. So much for customers always right. Bad habits. And to conclude I was lied to told I would get one upon a good feedback.
