Destination Overground: Transglobal Underground (Natacha Atlas) Pre-owned CD

Excellent album full of songs that feature Natacha's voice
Excellent rare album from Transglobal Underground and Natacha Atlas. The back cover doesn't do a good job of clarifying which versions (mixes) of each song you're getting, but don't be fooled; all of the songs on this album feature Natacha's vocals. I was at first apprehensive because some of the songs featured here, such as "Shimmer" from Dream of 100 Nations, don't feature Natacha in the original album versions, but this CD includes mixes that feature her prominently on every track. The album also includes three new songs with "Omri Coulu Leek," "Dancehall Operator" with Natacha singing, and "Ragaali." Finally, the song "Sky Giant," which was only one of two songs to feature Natacha's vocals on the album Rejoice, Rejoice, is included on this disc. (The other one was "Alli Mullah," which you can find on Natacha's album Habibi: Classics and Collaborations. If, like me, you are a huge fan of Natacha Atlas, this CD and Habibi are a good way to acquire these songs on CD without having to shell out for the Rejoice, Rejoice album, which otherwise doesn't feature her prominently.) If you don't count songs that feature on other Transglobal Underground albums, this CD still offers about 8 rare tracks. As of now, this album is not available digitally, so I highly recommend this CD to all Natacha Atlas fans and even for Transglobal Underground completionists.
