Crashes more often than functions

I bought this Ipod for my 7 year old for his birthday. He wanted to play Candy Crush on it so I put it on his Ipod. Everytime he goes to play it (or any game) the Ipod crashes. Also, the OS is too old to run Netflix, and can't be updated. Super disappointed, and so is my kiddo.
