    I explained to this buyer that the item he purchased was slightly damaged by myself when took box out of bag unfair I have long nails and it slightly opened the box I took picture explained what had happened also advised that when he received the item if he was not happy I would refund unfortunately he was rude from the get go and today he apparently received the box completely open with parts missing which is untrue not to mention he then wants a partial refund and keep but things are missing

I will leave positive feedback, BUT, the heatsink surface was a bit scratched, which damaged the surface of my CPU (which was pristine before this), and what I didn’t realise is that you need a capellix commander to power the pump (my own fault I guess) which wasn’t included unfortunately. I got this cheap so that’s good at least, and overall I am just happy it works, sort of, once I got the capellix commander lol
