good and ugly
very nice phone, easy to operates and read, excellent battery life and i like the adapter for the sd card. customer support is atrocious though, i needed it to transfer my old number to the new phone and.i talked to several reps over several hours before it actually worked. then i put in the new sd card and the sim card fell out and disappeared, found one in stock at a local retailer then back to customer support for several more hours with several reps before that issue was resolved.
