Works well, 7 ports are really useful.
This does what it is supposed to do, happily running running multiple printers and mains/powered USB3 hard drives and a scanner at the end of a 10m active USB3 cable.
It would have been nice if it had come with at least a description of what type of cable would be needed to allow it to get extra power from a spare USB port or mains supply, as there are various types of such cables, with different sizes of power plugs (this hub uses one with a 3.4mm outside diameter power plug - I happened to have a spare that fitted).

Great for me - power issues may be an issue for others.
On a Win10 laptop (Dell latitude E6230), installation took a while before USB 3 devices worked, with many install/remove device noises before windows automatically installed all it needed (I didn't use enclosed driver disc).
Since then, the card has worked absolutely fine for externally powered USB3 and USB2 devices, giving proper speed with my big external USB3 HDDs, but doesn't seem to work with the various USB2/3 memory sticks or USB-powered 2.5" external drives I've tried it with.
That's really not a problem for me, as I already had USB3 ports on the laptop for such devices, but (assuming my experience is typical), it no doubt would be a problem for many people.
Also, due to the Expresscard width, the ports are necessarily very close together, so both sockets can only be used at the same time by a pair of slim devices such as USB cable plugs or nano-sized mouse receivers.
With an externally-powered USB3 hub, memory sticks and USB-powered 2.5" HDDs seem to work fine, so possibly combining this adapter with such a hub would be a way to add USB3 to a laptop cheaply, at least for fixed locations.
Having said the above, I should probably mention that in recent work with an expensive USB2 data capture device, I was having repeated issues and failures when it was plugged into the laptop's native USB3 ports, but it worked flawlessly when I switched it to a port in this ridiculously cheap Expresscard adapter,

Would definitely reccomend
These cells are now my default choice for low-self-discharge NiMH. I have had zero issues with any of them, and (allowing for my battery analyzer always reading a little on the low side, they seem to have the claimed capacity.
