    Item described as having short sleeves when sleeves are actually puffy - photo didn't show this feature so I feel duped. I contacted the seller who offered me a full refund but I had already donated the top to the local charity shop as I hate the hassle of returning stuff. I've classed this as a neutral transaction because the packaging and delivery speed were okay. Still, what a waste of time and money.

    We've sold over 11k items on Ebay, and NEVER left customer alone in the cold. Any issue can be resolved one way or another.Buyer disposed item before contacting us, and that's not our fault.Buying online means that you need to rely on photos and description. Returns are part of this process, and have to be considered as such.Sleeve described as short, as it was short. Photo clearly shows it's pleated, hence not straight. Was it puff? It's a matter of opinion. Yet, we've offered free return.
