  MBPro arrived next working day, by 9am. Exactly as described (new unopened) with original invoices ... perfect! It was a pleasure dealing with Phil. Had a nice (helpful) chat with him on eBay about the MacBook. Confidently pressed "Buy Now" and 30 mins later he'd sent me confirmation (pics) of a well wrapped parcel and the Royal Mail's pick-up time? This was followed next day by the pick-up confirmation invoice and the red van leaving? How's that for service!! Well done Phil, you're exceptional.
