  This seller shipped a beautiful item immediately. One issue: the designer purse was crammed into a too small box. Seller didn't accommodate the handles and bent them. Seller did not stuff the purse to prevent crushing. The corners of the purse are creased.

  The box was fine. The handles and crease should come out once out of the box. I have never stuffed a purse I sold. The purse wouldn't fit in a regular priority box. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the box I used. As you said the purse was beautiful and you got it for a really terrific price. I need extra money since my husband passed away unexpe
