There may be a time or situation when a Sale doesn’t go 100% the way a Buyer expects it to, maybe a slight delay in posting, if an item gets damaged during delivery or if a listing requires changing and/or updating we are all just human so please allow me the opportunity to correct any problems and resolve any issues a Buyer might feel unhappy with prior to leaving Neutral or Negative feedback.
I don’t operate a business eBay account but I do try extremely hard to supply buyers with nice items, in good condition and although postage/shipping can’t always be offered free, I never charge for packaging which is often the more expensive side to delivering the item/s so that they arrive safely.
No body wants problems or issues but on the odd occasion something may not go to plan so please contact me first to put things right prior to leaving negative feedback. We all know there are people who will troll the social platforms but we can make eBay a better experience if we try to get along.

    The order arrived ahead of schedule and was well packaged. The figurine was as described but not with the usual polystyrene internal packaging. However, the packaging used protected the figure even though it took some time to get all the internal packaging removed! I would definitely use this seller again.

Not up for the job
Pencils are like children’s crayons, far to small in length - nothing of them. The brush ends do not fit the ends of the pencils, they just fall off. No where near as good as traditional tailors chalk. If you have a lot of marking out to do the pencils are just too small and the quality is just not there. In simple words - not worth the money.

Can’t beat the original
Great case. Ideal for the extra paints you may have. Far better than these wooden table top things as this keeps your paints in one place secure and dust free. Needs a storage space for brushes to get a 5 star rating from me.
