It works
OK, nothing to say, it does what I expected to do. No issues. It works.

Does what it says but, not so stylish.
Does what it says but, it has the trademark sign "ZOGIN" in 20 mm high letters etched into the polished surface, right in the middle of the bar, which ruins the beauty of it.
Although it does what I wanted, I am very disappointed with the appearance. I could have returned it, but we would have to have waited for a new one, and we needed the shower to be replaced asap.

Surprisingly good
Have used several of these now and found that they make the eyes sweat, which helps to soften the wax substance in the tear ducts. I then after about 5 minutes start massaging the eyes through the pads for about 5 minutes, which seems to help. I keep the pads on as long as possible gently pressed on to my eyelids to get the most out of the pads. Normally I keep the pads on for 15 to 20 minutes. All these little things appear to give me a lot more relief than just putting the pads on for 10 minutes. Immediately after taking the eye mask off, I then use Blefaclean wipes to finish the process.
