Seems to be a hardware problem

I've had two of these now, and the SD card will not stay in place. Considering sending this second one back but for now I've wrapped an elastic band round it and it works ok. You'll need an SD card with it as though it's advertised as an 8GB phone most of that is taken up by preinstalled apps that I don't want but you can't delete. Being waterproof is a nice feature and it's quite cheap. I do not recommend this phone.
