Very happy
Exactly what I wanted. Good value. Works great. Works with Giffgaff. Very good condition, looks virtually new.

Carefully packaged, Looks/feels completely new (in almost every way). Extremely satisfied.
After a lot of tweaking, i can now use this as a decent low-end gaming laptop.
Running Warzone, Valheim, Valorant, Sea of Thieves.
I'm very happy with it overall. Package was delivered with upmost care.
Some comments, just to help those who might be looking for very specific feedback:
Positives:
>Runs very well
>Screen stays upright with a tight hinge - just what you want (and minimal wobble).
>Nice weight, not too light, not too heavy
>Build quality ok. Coming from Apple, I have high standards, and wanted more. But this is a good value laptop, and there's a reason I left Apple.
>Windows 11 looks nice
Negatives:
>Trackpad quality quite poor. not sure if that's a manufacturer characteristic or part of refurb quality If you want to use the trackpad by clicking, the amount of pressure required makes smooth motion impossible, and inaccurate. you can however do soft taps instead, but accuracy remains poor. I use a usb mouse.
>Keyboard, was difficult for me to get used to and strangely positioned due to numpad. Might not be an issue for most. Keys themselves Ok.
>Battery life not great. Takes far longer to charge than it lasts in use. Standard for laptops I suppose
>Extreme overheating. To get the most out of this laptop in terms of GPU capability, make sure all drivers and BIOS are up to date and use a cooling pad. Otherwise the hardware throttles itself and limits its own potential.
A note on Windows 11 / compatibility with this machine:
>Windows 11 is trying to be Windows 10 and MacOSX all at once. This might work better on some laptops (trackpad gestures are extremely temperamental) And the approach of having 2 or 3 different GUI routes for getting to the same settings is so unnecessary and at times confusing.
Conclusion:
Great value, extremely happy. If its possible on Ebay, i hope to leave another comment at the end of my warranty period. I've currently had the machine for perhaps just under a month.
