  What a nightmare! This seller has a pattern of blaming the courier when a parcel isn’t posted. Generated a tracking number then insisted this is proof of postage. When pointed out the parcel hasn’t been received at post office or collected she just keeps regurgitating same untruth. My guess is she cannot provide proof of postage receipt because it was never posted. Furthermore I won an expensive blouse at her starting bid so guess this is a strategy she uses when she doesn’t want to sell!! Avoid

  Sent via Royal Mail, and tracking provided. I clearly state 5-10 days. Without delivering this myself, literally nothing I can do.
