  Buyers beware. I purchased a pack of paper and the seller dispatched it in a plastic bag. No cardboard support or protection of any kind. When the paper arrived, it was in a very poor condition, and not what I had purchased. I messaged the seller with pictures and a solution to resolve the issue, and 3 days later they have not replied. As I needed the paper I had no option other than to keep it despite a large amount being unusable. I have attached the images here, judge for yourselves.
