Strong base, light weight. Good for its price, but not great.

Easy assembly. Seat turns around quietly. But does not rock(tilt backward) much and makes noise while doing so. Head rest is cheap spandex. Hand rests are not adjustable. Seat cushion is not thick, but it holds up to 250 pounds. Don't feel like great quality, but okay for its price.

It was a breeze to install it for Comcast/Xfinity

Easy to install and activate. Did not have to even call Comcast to activate. It is compact compared to the rented gateway. Did not see any speed improvement using DSL speed test, as it is already at rated connection speed. But I guess it will be future proof. I could not register the product on Arris website(does not accept the serial number for some reason), so cutting one star.
