  The product I purchased was a birthday gift, by the time he opened it (August 21st) I was just about the return cut off date (August 25) We opened his gift on his birthday, put batteries in and the bubble mixture that was included, and followed the instructions. The Thomas the train Bubble Bubble n go did not work...ever.I wrote you and you said youd see what you could do, but I never heard back.
