Convenient healthy option
Simple, tasty, healthy. I keep a box of these in my desk at work as a healthy breakfast / lunch option. I've lost some weight simply by replacing lunch with one of these a few days a week, and the faux-chocolate topping let's me feel like I'm having chocolate for breakfast! They also keep for ages.
