    Communicative seller responds to all messages. Service went above & beyond. Instantly arranged a return & refund on a faulty cheap heater from China. Possibly damaged during transit with his courier company of choice, "YODEL". If you buy cheap you buy twice. Cheap electrical products & using a cheap inferior delivery company is a lesson to be learnt.

    This product was not in working order when it arrived. I contacted the seller immediately (asking to return the item) but they claimed that it was in working order when they sent it and so they wanted me to send evidence that it wasn’t working? Not helpful… how can I prove that the item doesn’t work? I plug it all in and nothing happens. I had no choice but to buy a (brand new) replacement And no eBay way to challenge for a refund
