Seller offered to trouble shoot but I had already tried various options including contacting the manufacturer for help so by this time I just wanted to return the item. If the seller is confident that the item is in good working order I thought he would accept the return at no cost to himself and could then confidently resell - I am not able to resell as am not 100% confident the item works.
