    Item was not packed properly As a result it arrived leaking all over the packing. I threw it out and contacted the seller who demanded all sorts of proof .i explained that the garbage had been picked up I was unable to photograph the mess, I tried working with the seller who accused me of fraud. Very obnoxious. BEWARE

    We’re sorry the experience didn’t meet expectations. However, the buyer claimed the item arrived leaking but provided no photos or evidence, then admitted to discarding the box and washing the product, making verification impossible. According to eBay policy, sellers are not required to offer refunds without proof. Despite this, we still offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture, which the buyer rejected while using disrespectful language. We hope future customers see our commitment to fair
