Heavyweight with a great punch
This 50-100mm f1. 8 lens is much like the size and weight of a large range Telephoto lens, however it is will worth the workout to carry out around. The image quaility is pin sharp, the bright/fast f. 8 makes it easy to use manual focus if you choose to, in saying that the auto focus is very accurate and quite. You can't go wrong with this lens if you don't mind the size and weight. The positive side of the weight is it is much easier to take a steady shot without a tripod. You will need to carry the camera by the lens, like a large Telephoto lens, hold at the tripod mount.
