Excellent fit and materials
I purchased this case for my white BlackBerry Z10 (on Verizon Wireless in the U.S.). The fit, finish, and materials seem to be very good on this fairly minimal case. The case fits the phone like a glove with no play and the cutout on the back for the camera lens is perfectly positioned. While one half of the case can be folded backwards along the rubber hinge running down the backside, I have not personally used this feature so far as I rarely use a stand for my phone on a table or other surface, but can vouch that it works as intended. The white plastic material has a fairly glossy surface and can be easily cleaned if smudges discolor it. In terms of protection, the back and corners are fairly well taken care of. The rubber grippers on the corners protrude far enough that the phone screen will not touch if it is placed on a flat, hard surface. If fall protection is your main concern then you may want a more rubberized, rugged case which covers more of the phone, like the Otterbox Defender case for the Z10.
Overall I was very happy to see BlackBerry makes a white case to match the phone color. And that the case offers a good compromise between protection, style, and allowing easy access to all buttons, ports, speakers, etc.

Blackberry Z10 Verizon CDMA
The phone I received was a new-in-box model with all of the correct accessories (wall receptacle adapter, USB cable, and phone battery). As an aside, it is my understanding that some of the Z10s come packaged with headphones, but apparently the Verizon branded ones do not. I know the description/picture does not show them, but this is an accessory commonly included with other phones that some customers may assume is included.
One word of caution is to look at which specific model of the Z10 works on your carrier. This phone is the STL100-4 model. I specifically ordered this one over other unlocked models which did not specify whether the phone was compatible with Verizon's CDMA network. Most are generic unlocked GSM network models which will work on a variety of networks, but not Verizon Wireless in the US.
So far the battery life is about average for smartphones in its class (full work day; charge every night). I have found the touch-based interactions are very simple and are better implemented than those from other smartphones (I had been a long-time iPhone user). I also like that the screen is a bit larger than an iPhone 5/5s but not so big as some of the new large 'phablet' phones. The biggest strength of this phone is the BB Hub used to manage email and other messages, which was the inspiration for getting this phone in the first place. The only real weakness is the scarcity of some apps. However, this area is looking up since BB has partnered with the Amazon app store and android apps are now compatible. Overall this smartphone combines the great benefits of Blackberry's operating system with a solidly modern hardware design.

Otterbox case for Blackberry Z10
Firstly, this case is a legitimate Otterbox brand case and not a fake, making it an excellent deal. From a typical retailer these cases cost 4 to 5 times more. The fit and finish of the case are truly excellent. All of the buttons and cutouts for ports are perfectly placed and accessible. Additionally, the belt clip holster it comes with is excellent and ruggedly built. However, I have not used it much since I typically store my phone in a clothing pocket or bag.
Getting the phone in and out takes a little work, but the very high level of protection makes it totally worth it. One of the best features is the significant lip/bezel surrounding the screen. Even if the phone falls face down it is almost impossible for the screen to be damaged. If you need a seriously rugged case, this is quite simply the best you can get!
In the review choices I stated that the case was "stylish". Honestly, this is very much a matter of opinion. I like the somewhat understated and utilitarian design. Others may find it ugly and prefer something more colorful or different materials.
