  First pens didnt arrive. I needed them asap. When told this the seller posted replacements 2nd class post. They took 4 or 5 days to arrive. Not a good effort.

  First of all I apologised for the delay i immediately rectified the situation and you received your pens. I am appreciate it was frustrating but I did all I can to resolve and the buyer still remake and made comments that it was not good enough. Professional complainer AVOID at all costs never have I ever received such hurtful and unprofessional comments from a buyer. Please take your custom else where in future.
