  The buyer queried details about the item and was not prepared to entertain the simple facts in the explanation. I offered a full refund but the buyer declined, saying it was "OK". Turns out they lied and simply couldn't be bothered to return the item. To add insult to injury they then left me negative feedback. - a first for me in 22 years on eBay. I requested a feedback revision which was duly ignored. This did not go well and I cannot recommend this seller to anyone. Steer well clear!
