I have been using natural progesterone creams through my forties and can't recommend them enough-they stop severity of the flows in perimenopause and make everything else more bearable. Having felt I needed a stronger dose(following chemo&high dose steroids!), I moved onto 10% cream, and returned to this one as my stronger one was out of stock. However, I notice that my thighs seem heavier and my temperature control erratic on this cream, within weeks, so I am returning to 10%. Please everyone, choose several types, run your symptom diaries and share your experiences for all to benefit. I am 49, used 2% cream for 6 years and 10% age 46-49 as my menopause came closer. No flow for the last six months, so soon to try progesterone plus oestrogen creme-and sure to keep you posted! Best!

Very useful product as well as a nice cream

Great help for menopausal symptoms that I have been using all through my forties. This cream absorbs well, it is easy to measure by a pump, and is safe from air and contaminants. A bottle lasts couple of months at the commonly recomended dose, so the price seems fair to be more comfortable in mid life. I use it as not tolerating synthetic HRT, and the progesterone is converted into oestrogen inside of the body-so I feel fine, and get doses of both hormones. I do not feel young nor virile, but not sufferring any strong menopausal symptoms either. I tried stopping it aged 50 and believing I could-but returned within a couple of months as sufferring awful mood swings and hot flashes. As I experienced first hand-I really need it, and it really works for me. It arrives promptly via the mail, so no all day waiting either. I make sure to rotate the areas of use, but also use it all over the face as it is a great night cream. Try this;) I highly recomended it and feel really grateful for a useful product under a realistic price.

Superb facial toner

I find this facial toner to be superb. I noticed visible difference almost immediately and significant improvement in facial contours, lifted eyebrows and even skin density and lighter colour within two months. Extremely useful product that I use for longer time than recomended every evening while watching the news. It shuts down automatically after 20 minutes, so presumably most people use a full round instead of 5 minutes. Downsides are there as well:it does not last long! My first one broke after first two months of use but I would not complain as I loved the results and was using it at least 20 minutes a day. By the time it broke it had visible scratches on massage parts, so I was getting worried about it emitting uneven signals. It truly needs to be used with a conductive gel. Creams do not conduct well, and leave marks on the device. my second one has very wobbly contact on the charging bit, so the device clearly needs further development as truly functional, but flimsy. Also annoying is having to keep it on the charger at all times which emits a strong blue moving light, but those minor criticisms are just to provide a full picture. I love my NuFace, would not be without it again, and will buy it again when this one breaks although I hope it should last longer than two months. My appearance has significantly improved even in my own critical eyes, so very well worth it to combat first signs of ageing. I used to have deep ridges around the mouth caused by sagging cheek muscles and improvement is stunning. I am 47. Highly recomended, and do not hesitate to buy it if over 40. I feel that younger people may not see much difference, but that is because they do not have space for improvement. Highly recomended!Many thanks to inventor!
