Evenly balanced pillow, high quality
Its not too hard compared to the standard memory foam pillows which is an issue I had with most of the previous pillows of this type. But this seems to provide a decent balance between being too soft and too hard and the flexibility of adjusting this is also useful. It's a good size and fits a normal pillowcase as opposed to other varieties which are smaller and leave "excess pillowcase" flying around. Not sure if it's solved my neck problems as yet but seems good so far, will need a few more weeks of testing before I can conclusively state if its improved my sleep.
