  Item arrived well packaged but item was damaged from someone removing the electrical plugs destroying a portion of the plastic case exposing the electronics. Seller didn't notice damage prior to shipping unfortunately but I wish that he had. Seller graciously compensated me for the inconvenience and I appreciate the gesture.
