  The seller listed and described the Lemax North Pole Observatory as 'brand new', but it clearly wasn't. Parts were scratched, mishapen or broken. The whole item was dirty - dust, 'fluff' and stains in multiple places. The paperwork is all folded, creased and also stained. The full and original packaging is not present or is also damaged. She accepted a return and provided a refund, which I appreciate... but she is now listing the same item again, at the same price, without specifying the damage!

  First class transaction Even a seasoned old ebayer like myself was a little apprehensive about such a large value purchase. However I was reassured by the excellent description/photos of the item and by the promise of seller for a quick despatch of the item. Sure enough it arrived the day after sending. It was well packed in the original shipping carton and the machine was brand new as sold. I am delighted with my purchase and in fact I'm writing this review on the actual iMac right now.
