Old, worn-out unit.

A 2002 model, this unit was probably running continuously since then. With shipping cost, a waste of money. Found a newer, more powerful, 48-port HP ProCurve for less money. Live and learn.

Quality refurb and packaging

Professionally-packaged and sold product. It's a shame 32-bit machines can't make use of all 4GB of RAM they can physically accept, but at this price, the wasted memory is insignificant.
