    Unfortunately this was not as described in terms of ‘new unopened’ as it was not in its original box. The seller stated it had come from a hamper and had put it in a gift bag instead. The seller accepted the return and provided a 2nd class return label which had no tracking information included. Over 3 weeks have passed since I sent the item back using the label, but the seller stated they have not received the item.

    HI, Thank you for your review. There is no indication on the listing that the item will come in a box. Not all brand new items come in boxes as you are well aware but this does not change the fact that I haven't opened the item and that it is new. I accepted your return even though I do not accept returns and cannot guarantee that you have not opened the product. I have sent you the return label from my side BUT I genuinely have not received the item and you cannot show a proof of postage.
