  Sadly, postal service let me down, and my order didn't arrive - other than that, communication from seller was spot on with regards to when item had been posted and when to expect it. Thanks for initiating refund, just a shame Ebay had to step in to sort this out, after I contacted seller to say item hadn't arrived and I'd not heard anything back - Refund in process at this point.
