  The item was new and unused, however it arrived damaged and non working. Whether it was damaged from storage or shipping is unknown. I contacted the seller knowing the item was listed as non returnable. They were understanding and we negotiated a price as a non working item. The seller was professional and prompt with shipping and the partial refund.

  Exactly as described, the value of the bag was excellent, shipping was a little pricey but I've seen worse and I feel there should have been a bit more packing in the box than 1 sheet of tissue paper. I am very please with the item and I will buy from this person again.👍

  AMAZING deal! Unfortunately, these were discontinued. I’ve searched for years! While others are price gouging, this seller made it affordable! It arrived fully intact and fully functional with everything listed. The box was ginormous, and the kids were so curious. Shooed them off to inspect. No issues! Polished it and added some dolls and medical toys. Used the same box for the gift. Thank you so much! Can’t wait for Christmas morning! This is what EBay is about! Seriously…THANK YOU!!!!

  The communication was fine. There was a blemish on one of the shoes and was told there were none. I did not like the fact that the seller used ! mark after I told them I had sent an immediate payment. To use ! is like yelling at someone. I also wish that the boots had been wrapped instead of just put in a box. However, because the individual did communicate and I do like the color, I am going to leave positive feedback. Shipping was fair considering they were boots. I have not worn them yet.
