Solves many foot issues, and more.
I discovered these insoles by a Dr. who recommend I use them. I went to him thinking I needed a hip replacement. lol. As soon as I got these insoles and put them in my shoes, the pain in my hip went away! No kidding. Every time you wear out a pair of running shoes or tennis court shoes…..or any shoes, replace them with a new pair of these insoles. That said, they are pretty hard to wear out. They make different ones for different issues. I have a high arch and planters fasciitis.
