Heat control
I'm using this AC controller for a floor heater control. I installed a resistive element under my tile floor in my bath room. I've tried dimmers and thermostats but this control works the best so far. 120 volts supplies too much current and too much heat. This SCR controller reduces heat to a fine, comfortable level.

good calculator
My only problem is I wish it had an instruction manual with it. Down loading takes 50+ pages!
I know the original owner had one and there are probably a few out there that no one is using but finding them is a problem. I'll just have to trial and error to learn it.

Yanmar substitute
Excellent substitute for Yanmar original, so far. I ordered two this time because in the past they only last a couple of years even though on a sail boat they aren't used much, especially mine. We sail and try not to motor.
Where we usually order form my cost before was $50+ for each rotor. These two cost was about $30 but I had to wait 30 days for the shipment to come from China. It's only a 15 to 20 min. job to replace the rotor but you better not get caught with out a spare.
