  It arrived within two days. It was sealed and unused as stated. I unpacked it connected it and it worked straightaway with no issues with my Dell Latitude 5420 - hopefully I get no issues down the line. New one from Dell was £130 on offer, but this one for £90 worked out well. I did check Dell's website for the compatibility between this docking station and my laptop prior to ordering, would advise to others too.
