Wrong battery inside.

It had the wrong battery in it. It had expanded and drained in about 30 seconds the moment you opened an app. I could not return as it was a Birthday present for somebody, and the time it would have taken would have been too late. I got a new battery and it now works fine however. This was supposed to have been tested, and a quick 5 minute test would have spotted the issue.

They aren't long enough

Not long enough for anything over 50degrees lat. I had to modify these to get it to get to 52. They are stronger and easier to turn than the standard bolts, but that doesnt say much.
