Big bike battery

I bought this for two reasons - it has a more powerful crank rate for my rather lazy v-twin - and best of all you can move the terminals. On my Guzzi the positive terminal is a bit close to the frame. It was dead easy to select the rear location and minutes to fit. Brilliant - and maintenance free too.

One happy duathlete

Was a little dubious at first - you know when they say "if it's too good to be true... " Well - they arrived on time and I was impressed from the first. Lenses click in easily, but are secure once in place. The elastic strap option instead of arms was a nice surprise - great for canoeing or if (unlike me!) you run/cycle really fast! Kept everything crossed that specsavers could put my lenses in the prescription carrier (they did warn me that cheap imports invariably split in the process) but I couldn't see any difference from the £200 ones they were suggesting, to my ebay £10 gigs! One week later I did my first duathlon in my sports glasses - no splitting, no lenses falling out, really comfy - the best bit of kit I've bought in a long time ❤️

Hard tension - but not hard !

I have recently converted to using carbon fibre strings, and thought I'd try the harder tension. I was a bit worried that they would be too tight to let the top work properly; but instead they increased the volume and range of sound of the guitar and are still easy to play. Give them a try - you might be surprised !!
