People don’t know how to set it up correctly
7 of 7 found this helpful I bought this from you and I was reading the reviews on eBay and also on amazon. I think people who give you bad reviews just don’t know how to set it up. I read that the pump isn’t strong enough to push it back up and they have it sitting on boxes or on top of the aquarium. What a load of rubbish. I never cut the hoses I’ve full size hoses and the canister down on the floor in my cabinet and it pumps back up the full length hoses you give me in the box. The trick to getting it to work without putting it on boxes or books etc is to hold it level with the tank and slowly bring it down to the floor. I’ve also two sponge filters and a skimmer.

Everyone needs a quad air pump. Makes it so much better and easier to function things In my tank.
