Better than a hand peeler if you've got a lot of apples

It looks good, it came in two days and it works but it's a bit of a faff. the suction base doesn't stay put for very long and if your apple isnt a perfect shape as cooking apples never seem to be, you have to put pressure on the cutter or it loses its momentum when it navigates a bump. Having said that, it cores and slices and even if you have to do a bit of trimming, I found it an awful lot faster and less tiring than the alternatives.
