Genuine product, as it says
The "free" case is a useful item. Batteries that can discharge at 50A, even if it's only for a few seconds, can melt keys and other metal objects.
Please be mindful of battery safety. You don't want to be on the evening news for starting a fire.

This is exactly what it says. A plastic box to house a small battery.
