Easy to use, easy to clean. Win win!

I was so happy brewing my first lot of coffee in this maker, the coffee is hot, really hot just like I want it. Because it is a glass lined carafe it stays hot, another plus. Awesome so happy I found this.

Design malfunction

I wrote asking for instructions, never rec'd any. The screw heads were so small they went through the opening, so it would not hold the plates on. Simply a design problem, but could get no response as to how to correct,so I returned them for a credit that I am waiting for.
