New and sealed BUT has screen freezes

The DVD was brand new and sealed. I have not finished watching all of them. I just chose the episode which I wanted to watch but in the middle I got screen freezes or stutters. Quite DISAPPOINTED with the product.... I bought it BRAND NEW....
