  Great Ebayer - super responsive communication and all round nice guy. I didnt actually receive the item, the envelope was pushed through my door with a hole in the back where the product had either been stolen or fallen out in transit. This made the 'didnt receive item' process quite difficult as as far as the courier was concerned the delivery had taken place. Kadafi was amazing though, handling all the agro with them and refunding me, keeping constant comms open throughout. 5*
