    Unable to place a cartridge
    The top piece which holds (clicks) the color ink cartridge in place came off when I tried to place cartridge in place. I have had an HP copier with same cartridges before and am not unfamiliar with placing cartridge. I cannot figure out how to get this piece back in place - it doesn't appear to be broken just came out of place.
