How to activate it
For those who don't know...
When you first unwrap the collar
You need to knead it vigorously
Along its entire length to properly activate it.

Good product....worth the money
I like the phones....one handset does not sit right in the cradle...had to adapt it with a glued shim.
But it's great otherwise. Good intercom system......nice range.
