A personal appraisal of the Stellar 7000 14cm non stick milk pan.
A first class pan to go with our new induction stove. Boils very quickly with induction and responds to the controls almost instantly. Not too heavy, and the handle doesn't get hot. Well balanced and it is a good pourer. The non stick lining looks like it will last the course and we are using plastic utensils to save possible scratching. Comes out of the dishwasher in a pristine condition and is exceedingly well made. A nice extra would be a lid to stop sauces or gravies skinning over. As far as I am concerned this was the best buy for us as I didn't want the weight of a cast iron one.
I have purchased this and the other 7000 series pans we have with an engineers eye. We are 77 and 76 yrs young so buy with confidence

Worth the extra cost.
I buy these because they give dependable performance and give a much longer life and are safe if left in the appliance for too long.
They are more expensive but the value is there to be seen in the better performance.
