  Gift is given, so I’m happy I can finally share! My grandparents had this thermometer on their patio sliding door. They’ve both recently passed, and I saw this in old photos I was looking at. Shipping was quick and the pieces came in good/decent condition. They’re older, so I’m not surprised that the glue on one of them came undone and the thermometer came out of its socket, but it was very easy to fix with a little hot glue!
