Ouch!
Purchased this as I have a spinal condition where I am in constant pain, the tens itself was approximately the size of a wallet with 4 sticky pads, the pads only work once attached to the skin, you choose your program ie: massage or sport etc then amount of time you would like the tens to work, jumps in batches of 5 minuets. The first time I pressed start I jumped out of my seat the intensity was set low but the pain of the sting from the tens far outweighed my spinal pain. Ouch! It felt like I was being bitten on my back, I tried the tens for 4 days before I finally gave it away. It may help some folks but it didn’t me.
